Professional, courteous, prompt! I’ve been using Mr. Rooter for years now. It started with Frank years ago who was amazing. No one likes paying for repairs, but you get what you pay for. Mr. Rooter provides quality work and a peace of mind. Joe, Chris and Ron were all involved in my repairs this time and they were fantastic!!!

Totally recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cleveland! We were in panic mode with both our sump pump and back up s.p. completely shot. Flooded our basement. They were available same day (Saturday) and helped us get back on track. Reliable, kind, very efficient!! Thanks Ryan for replacing and carting out the old equipment too!!

The tech was very thorough. He examined the tub (where the clog was) and surrounding pipes. He explained the easy, quick fix and the more complicated one if necessary. The quick fix worked right away and the drain is working properly. The tech cleaned up and took great pains to make sure he left the bathroom as he found it. He explained the invoice and emailed it to me. The price was exactly as quoted when he first examined the drain. I couldn't be happier with the tech and the VERY professional work performed. I won't hesitate to call Mr. Rooter again if needed. He also got along fine with my dog.

Very professional, great service, very worth it. The first gentleman came during a storm, I felt bad but he made it safely and told us what to do for the night. The second gentleman came the next day and fixed the leaking pipe to our water heater. He was very efficient and delivered great quality work. They didn't try selling us a new tank or upsell, will definitely use them again if we ever have any issue.

I would highly recommend this company. They came out the same day I called to check out my blocked up sewer line. Was able to pinpoint the problem and fix what they could .

Update: unfortunately, I had to call Mr. router back to my house today because the connection on the hot side of the water is leaking. It was leaking yesterday before the technician left, but he had thought that it was completely fixed, but it is not so I’m having to have them come back today. I ended up having to work from home which I did not appreciate, but it needs to be handled and fixed so here I am. I have had Mr. Rooter to my house, probably four or five times in the last 19 years and had to have them out again yesterday to replace piping under my kitchen sink. The gentleman that was here was kind, professional, and worked quickly- did the job and did not leave until he was satisfied that there were no leaks. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and quality of work.

On February 1st my hot water tank started leaking and I was looking for a company to take on the job 🙃 and Mr Rooter gave me a call and said that the would come out February 2,2025 at 2pm they called me this morning and said that they could come early if it was ok with me and I said of course you can he was here at 9:30 am this morning very respectful and professional he explained everything to me and stated that he could do the job today if I wanted him to. I told him to yes and he said that he would be back in a half hour and yes was back in a half hour you talking about be prompt that what I call prompt .he had the 3 year old hot water tank out and the new water tank in and cleaned up after himself like he was never here and for that Mr.Rooter stand up and take a bow for your company deserves a standing ovation, and your technician is truly outstanding 👏 🙌 😀 👍 ❤️ .

I would like to share my appreciation of the service that I received from my plumber Sam at Mr. Rooter. I just moved into a new condo and was having some plumbing issues. Sam did a thorough assessment which he guided me through and he addressed the issues that needed to be taken care of. He was very thorough very knowledgeable and very polite. It was a really good experience, I feel very comfortable knowing that my plumbing in my new home was assessed and my home is now in good working order
